We Shall See

So, I met someone. Actually, we were recently reaquainted. He's someone I worked with back at the Cove Camp, and he's coming from NC to see me in 16 days. It will be the first time we have seen eachother in 10 years - almost to the day. And, yes, he is coming just to see me. Come up with suggestions of fun stuff we should do while he's here, and they will be written on pieces of paper, folded and put into a hat for random selection. Please contribute to the fun. If you want to meet him you'll have to come to church on Sunday the 24th, though I'd rather keep this first visit as low-pressure as possible. We shall see...

His name is Patrick

A fun idea: TAKE HIM TO BARNES AND NOBLE TO MEET YOUR BEST FRIEND OVER A CASUAL CUP OF COFFEE!:)(well, and the 100 question test;) Can't wait to meet him! I love you!

I like Shara's suggestion. She is a great judge of character and she know how to ask trick questions. Yes, I vote that you go to Barnes and NOble with Shara. My other suggestion is to go Deep Sea Fishing with Judah . . . the short trip and ride the SEABLASTER with Chase and Jon. They will all give you their honest answers. A walk to the Jetties would be nice!

Here's hoping he doesn't read your blog...b/c that might be a little pressure :-) I say putt putt golf! Get sushi in seaside and walk on the dock at sunset at that place you used to work (the tea shop area). Keep us posted!! PS. How'd you get the pictures of him?

Good suggestions. Keep in mind: This visit is about us deciding what we think of eachother and less about what everyone thinks of him. Summer, so far I think you are on target, and to answer your question, the pictures are from his Facebook. He's the president of the ASU alumni council, which is the reason for the suit one. You are looking at the future President of the United States :)

I agree with Summer. Do something light-hearted since there could be a little pressure there you know. I am praying for you and I can't wait to meet him as well! :)

Well now let me see...don't think New Harmony would be a good idea yet. That could be a little overwhelming to say the least. Breakfast @ 2 Fried Eggs(???) after an early morning bike ride. Can't wait for to hear the rest of the story....
Love you DohDoh

On the contrary Doh Doh, I really need a babysitter this weekend and what better way to see if you like him than to see him with 6 kids for a few hours. LOL Just kidding. I think you should do what you love to do the most and then do whatever it is he loves to do the most. Say go for a mini tri and then do whatever his favorite pass time is, you do it. This would be more like the reality of a relationship.
